About our speaker...

Verla Chatsis lives in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan with her husband, Randy, and is a stepmother to four grown children, and grandmother to many. She has family ties to the communities of Ahtahkakoop and Poundmaker Cree Nations. Retired from a career in hospital pharmacy in 2019, Verla is involved in small groups and the prayer ministry at her church. She will be sharing how she grew to depend on God’s compassion and faithfulness through health trials and times of sorrow.

Registration is $25/person, and you can register in advance or when you arrive at retreat.

Lodging is free at the church; you would share space with other ladies and sleep on a mattress on the floor.

There are also several hotels and B&Bs in Dawson.

Meals are all supplied.
