Welcome to Kamp Klondike, nestled in the birch and spruce near Dawson City, Yukon, cut through with a small creek, quietly dreaming.  Looks peaceful and serene?  Wait until the last weeks in June and things will change!  Vans will roll in from Fort MacPherson, Northwest Territories, and from Ross River, Yukon.  Each has travelled well over 300 miles to get here.  Each is loaded with probably fourteen excited kids, itching to get out of their seats.  They spill out, to mix with those arriving from Dawson City.  The kids claim their gear, the counsellors claim their charges, and soon everyone has found a home for their week at Bible camp.  They will go to bed - but probably not to sleep - confident that they will be well-fed and cared for, taking it for granted that there are fun things planned and that they will have a great time.
