Hello ladies! My name is Christy Zimmerman and I can’t wait to meet with you this Fall and share what the Lord has laid on my heart for all of us.  I have been married to Bret Zimmerman for 17 years and we have 3 children. My family serves the Lord in a remote Alaskan village that is off the road system and we love it. For the past nine years we have been in full time ministry in Alaska with SEND International. Prior to that I was on staff at a large church in San Diego writing and administering children’s programs. My life now is rarely predictable and full of adventure. On any given day I might be up to my eyeballs in laundry and dishes, counseling someone in our village in the midst of a crisis, teaching literacy classes at the local school, sewing with some neighbors, or hopping onto an airplane to travel and teach God’s Word. Through this journey, I have been brought to the end of my abilities and come to know and trust the Lord more deeply.  I am looking forward to taking the next steps on this journey with you!
